Nov 30 ’21, 10:10 PM NBA | Lakers vs Kings

Play on: Lakers -4½ -110 at Mirage

This is a great spot for the Los Angeles Lakers.  They will be motivated for revenge from a 137-141 triple overtime loss to the Sacramento Kings on Friday.  Now the Lakers get their shot at revenge just four days later and go from being 7.5-point favorites in the first meeting to just 4.5-point favorites tonight.

That was a rare win for the Kings, who are just 3-9 SU & 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games overall.  Injuries are a problem for the Kings right now with Richaun Holmes, Harrison Barnes and Maurice Harkless all questionable after sitting out last game.

The Lakers are as healthy as they have been all season and will start living up to their potential soon after a disappointing start.  If they were going to have their ‘A’ game it would be tonight in this revenge spot.

The Kings are 1-7 ATS in their last eight games as home underdogs.  Los Angeles is 20-8-1 ATS in its last 29 meetings in Sacramento.  Bet the Lakers.

Nov 30 ’21, 7:00 PM NCAA-B | Minnesota vs Pittsburgh

Play on: Pittsburgh +2½ -105 at linepros

Pitt is off to a tough 2-4 start to the season and enters Tuesday’s clash with Big Ten foe Minnesota on a two-game skid. The Panthers looked like a deflated balloon coming off a blowout loss to Vandy, suffering a stunning double-digit defeat at the hands of Maryland-Baltimore County last time out.

Expect a response from Jeff Capel’s Panthers on Tuesday as they host Minnesota in a winnable contest before heading on the road for their ACC opener against Virginia on Friday. The Golden Gophers will be playing their first true road game of the season on Tuesday as they try to stay undefeated on the campaign.

That’s notable as they went winless in true road games last season, 0-10 to be exact (1-9 ATS). We can expect some regression to the mean in terms of both teams’ defensive play. Minnesota has held its last two opponents to 32.8% and 31.7% shooting. Meanwhile, Pitt has been lit up over its last two contests, allowing the opposition to shoot 48.1% from the field.

Noting that the Gophers are a miserable 19-40 ATS when coming off four ATS wins in their last five games while the Panthers are 12-2 ATS the last 14 times they’ve come off consecutive home losses, we’ll back Pitt in this spot. Take Pittsburgh.

Nov 30 ’21, 7:30 PM NCAA-B | Florida State vs Purdue

Play on: Purdue -11 -110 at pinnacle

The Florida State Seminoles travel to Purdue to take on the Boilermakers on Tuesday night.  Florida State is 5-1 SU overall this year while Purdue comes in with a 6-0 SU overall record on the season.

Florida State is 1-5 ATS last 3 years when playing on 5 or 6 days rest.  Florida State is 1-4 ATS last 5 road games after playing 3 or more consecutive home games.  Florida State is 0-4 ATS last 4 road games.  Purdue is 4-0 ATS last 4 games after a SU win.  Purdue is 4-0 ATS last 4 games as a favorite.

Purdue is 11-4 ATS last 15 games after allowing less than 50 points in their previous game.  Purdue is beating opponents by an average score of 95.2 to 56.5 at home this season.  We’ll recommend a small play on Purdue tonight!

Play on: Colts +3 -103 at pinnacle

Play – Indianapolis Colts (Game 258).

Edges – Colts: 5-0-1 ATS in this series, and 9-2 ATS in non-conference home games… Bucs: Defending Super Bowl champions are 2-6 SU and 1-7 ATS when coming off a Monday Night win and facing a .444 or greater opponent. We recommend a 1* play in Indianapolis.  Thank you and good luck as always.

Nov 28 ’21, 1:00 PM NFL | Jets vs Texans

Play on: Texans -2½ -109 at pinnacle

1* on Houston Texans -2.5

The Key: The Houston Texans returned from their bye and upset the Tennessee Titans 22-13 as 10-point road underdogs last week.  They are just such a better team with Tyrod Taylor at quarterback.

His dual-threat ability adds another dimension to their offense that opponents have to prepare for.  He had 2 rushing touchdowns against the Titans last week to lead the way.  And now he should have a monster game against the worst defense in the NFL in the Jets.  New York yields 32.0 PPG and 414.3 YPG this year.

And not even Zach Wilson can save them offensively as he is expected to return to the lineup this week.  They have so many other injuries on offense that are going to make his job that much more difficult, while the Texans are one of the healthiest teams in the NFL.  Wilson has 4 TD against 9 INT this year and is a turnover machine.

He has been the worst of the 4 QB’s for the Jets thus far.  New York is 14-34-3 ATS in its last 51 road games.  Take Houston.

Nov 28 ’21, 1:00 PM NFL | Panthers vs Dolphins

Play on: Panthers -1½ -110 at William Hill

FREE PICK: Carolina Panthers -1.5
ROT#: 261

I’ve been burned by the Panthers quite a bit this season. Just feels like I’ve been off on them in the majority of their games.

I think they are going to cover and they don’t and when I bet against them they play like Super Bowl contenders. It’s the only reason I didn’t make this a premium play because I love the Panthers laying less than a field goal against the Dolphins.

It’s really hard to win games when your offense can’t sustain drives and this Miami offense is one of the worst in the NFL. They haven’t scored 30 points in a single game and we are going into Week 12. They could only muster 24 against an awful Jets defense last week.

Now they face one of the better defensive teams in the league in the Panthers and they are going to get Carolina’s best after an ugly loss at home to Washington last week.

I just think Miami’s defense has to be perfect for them to have any shot here and I’m willing to be Cam Newton and Christian McCaffrey can find enough offense to win this game. Give me the Panthers -1.5!

Nov 28 ’21, 2:08 PM NHL | Lightning vs Wild

Play on: UNDER 5½ -107

This one just feels like an Under. All the pieces are in place for that to happen.

Both teams are playing well. Tampa Bay is 6-1 in its last seven games. Minnesota is 8-4 in its last 12 games. So the defensive intensity should be there.

Each team is in excellent defensive form. The Lightning shut out their last two opponents, Seattle and Philadelphia. The Wild have allowed only three goals in their last two games.

The goalies are having excellent seasons. Adrei Vasilevskiy could be the best in the league. He has a .926 save percentage and 2.09 goals-against average. Cam Talbot has a .913 save percentage and a 2.75 GAA.

It’s an early start, too, another plus for the Under.

Nov 28 ’21, 8:20 PM NFL | Browns vs Ravens

Play on: Browns +3½ -105 at pinnacle

1 Unit FREE PLAY on Cleveland Browns +3.5

The Cleveland Browns are getting healthier while the Baltimore Ravens are banged up.  Pernell McPhee is on IR, while Calais Campbell, Marquise Brown, Jimmy Smith and Brandon Williams are all questionable.

The Ravens have struggled to put teams away due to their soft defense this year.  They are only outscoring opponents by 1.7 points per game on the season despite their 7-3 record, which they are fortunate to have.

I think there’s value with the Browns catching 3.5 points against the Ravens due to all their injuries and soft defense. Cleveland has a stout defense that gives up just 316.7 yards per game and 5.5 yards per play, compared to 369.7 yards per game and 6.4 yards per play allowed by Baltimore.

The Ravens are 0-6 ATS as a favorite of 3.5 to 9.5 points this season.  Baltimore is 0-5 ATS in its last five games off a ATS win.  Cleveland is 5-0 ATS in its last five road games against a team with a winning home record.  Give me the Browns.

Nov 27 ’21, 8:00 PM NCAA-F | Notre Dame vs Stanford

Play on: Notre Dame -19½ -110 at Caesars

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish sit at 10-1 and 6th in the playoff rankings.  They have needed style points down the stretch, and style points they have delivered.  I look for them to continue piling on the points and cover against the hapless Stanford Cardinal this weekend.

Notre Dame is a perfect 6-0 SU & 6-0 ATS in its last six games overall.  Each of the last five wins has come by double-digits, including the 55-0 win over Georgia Tech last week.  It should be more of the same against the Cardinal Saturday.

Stanford is 0-6 SU & 0-6 ATS in its last six games overall.  The Cardinal really appear to have packed it in in their last three games.  They followed up a 45-point loss to Utah with a 21-point loss to Oregon State and a 30-point loss to California.  I don’t see them showing up this week either even though it’s a rivalry game.  But they’re so bad it might not matter.

Stanford is 0-9 ATS in its last nine games following two or more consecutive losses.  The Cardinal are 0-9-2 ATS in their last 11 November games.  Stanford is 1-7 ATS in its last eight home games, and it will actually feel like a home game for Notre Dame this weekend.

I’ll gladly lay the number with the Fighting Irish knowing they are going to keep pouring it on in search of style points.  Bet Notre Dame Saturday.

Nov 27 ’21, 12:00 PM NCAA-F | Houston vs Connecticut

Play on: UNDER 55 -113

Connecticut may not even score here. The Huskies’ offense is that bad and Houston’s defense is that good.

The Huskies rank 127th both in yards and points, averaging a meager 15.5 points per game. Houston ranks sixth in the fewest yards allowed and 10th in sacks.

The key is how many points will the Cougars rack up?

Connecticut is 1-10 with its lone win coming against Yale. The Cougars have no reason, or motivation, to run up a big score here against this hopelessly outmatched opponent.

The Cougars have their spot in the American Athletic Conference title game against Cincinnati punched for next week. There’s no reason for them to show anything new, or risk their starters playing big minutes.

Weather is a factor, too, with the forecast calling for wind in the 15-20 mph range. That could mean more running plays and less clock stoppage.

Nov 27 ’21, 2:00 PM NCAA-F | UTSA vs North Texas

Play on: North Texas +10½ -110 at BetVegas

Dave’s Saturday Free Play:

1* on North Texas +10.5

The Key: I like the situation for North Texas Saturday.  The Mean Green have won 4 straight to get to 5-6 on the year and one win away from bowl eligibility.

They will be hungry to get bowl eligible and hand UTSA its first loss of the season.  UTSA is coming off a massive last-second win over UAB last week to punch its ticket into the C-USA title game.

The Roadrunners won’t care much about winning this game, certainly not as much as the Mean Green will.  So I think that motivational angle in North Texas’ favor will lead them to a cover here as double-digit underdogs.

The Mean Green are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games overall.  The home team is 7-0 ATS in the last 7 matchups.  Take North Texas.

Nov 27 ’21, 3:30 PM NCAA-F | Western Kentucky vs Marshall

Play on: Western Kentucky +1½ -105 at linepros

*3 Star Free Pick on Western Kentucky*

Western Kentucky is 1st in the nation in offensive success. They are throwing it 67% of the time. Marshall’s pass D looks good on paper. 11th in opponent QBR and 34th in pass play success rate allowed.

Who have they played that can throw it around? No one. App State likely the best passing attack they have faced. Brice has been good for them, but Chase Brice is no Bailey Zappe that’s for sure.

Western Kentucky’s defense has become a ball-hawking unit. Forced 19 fumbles this year (have recovered only 7 of them). Have 18 interceptions. Second most in the country- first? Iowa of course! The Hilltoppers have forced 22 turnovers in their last 7 games. Fantastic stuff.

What about Marshall quarterback Grant Wells? He can be a turnover machine at times. 12 INT’s on the season. Marshall has fumbled the ball 17 times this year (have lost only 8).

In CUSA play only. W Kentucky has a +1.68 ypp margin. Marshall is a +1.27 ypp margin. I think Western Kentucky’s defense has improved a lot and their offense is clearly fantastic.

I’m on Western Kentucky.

Nov 27 ’21, 3:30 PM NCAA-F | Alabama vs Auburn

Play on: Alabama -19½ -115 at BetVegas

ASA Free Play on ALABAMA -19.5 @ AUBURN – Saturday 3:30 PM ET – This is an interesting number considering Auburn was +14.5-points at home earlier this year versus Georgia who is considered the best team in college football and are now catching nearly 3 TD’s from Bama.

This looks like the oddsmakers are setting you up for a trap bet on the Tigers. Bama isn’t being talked about as the dominating team that they’ve been in the past but consider this: Last year the Tide went 13-0, scored 48.5PPG, and allowed 19.4PPG, and won by an average of 29.1PPG.

This year the Tide are scoring 44PPG, giving up 20.3PPG, with a +/- of +24.6PPG. So statistically they are just as good as last year. Auburn is on a 3 game skid with a 17-point loss at Texas A&M, a 9-point loss home against Mississippi State, and a 4-point loss last week at S Carolina.

The Tide have a huge advantage in the passing game as they throw for 344PYPG which is the 8th best in college football. Auburn is 79th against the pass allowing 236PYPG. Auburn wants to run the football here, but Bama allows just 84RYPG which is 5th best in the nation.

The Tigers’ backup QB’s have completed just 56% of their passes since Bo Nix went out. Auburn has already lost by 9-points at home to Miss State and 14 to Georgia. We will lay the points with Bama

Nov 27 ’21, 3:30 PM NCAA-F | Northwestern vs Illinois

Play on: Illinois -6½ -108 at pinnacle

1 Unit FREE PLAY on Illinois -6.5

Illinois has been very impressive down the stretch.  They beat Penn State 20-18 as 24.5-point dogs and outgained them by 168 yards.  They predictably had a letdown in a 14-20 home loss to Rutgers the next week.

But they then went and upset Minnesota 14-6 as 14.5-point road dogs.  And last week they outgained Iowa by 57 yards in a 23-33 road loss as 12-point dogs.  Northwestern is 0-5 SU & 1-4 ATS in its last five games overall.

They were outgained by 171 yards in their 14-32 loss to Purdue, by 258 yards in their 7-35 loss to Wisconsin, by 200 yards in their 14-41 loss to Minnesota, and by 224 yards in their 7-33 loss to Michigan.  They haven’t even been competitive in these games.  Give me Illinois.

November 26, 2021 Picks

Nov 26 ’21, 12:00 PM NCAA-F | Kansas State vs Texas

Play on: Kansas State +3 -105 at linepros

There’s just no salvaging the season for Texas at this point.  The damage has already been done.  They have lost six straight games coming in to fall to 4-7 and out of bowl contention.  I don’t see them getting back up off the mat to beat Kansas State Friday, and I’m shocked they are favored given the turmoil within their program.

The Longhorns followed up their 23-point loss to Iowa State by getting upset as 31-point favorites against Kansas.  They failed to show up on the road at West Virginia last week, losing 31-23 as only 2.5-point underdogs.

Kansas State doesn’t take games off.  I know they will show up with their ‘A’ game here against Texas, and that should be good enough to win this game outright no matter what kind of effort we get from the Longhorns.

They would love nothing more than to send Texas to the SEC with one final loss just as the rest of the Big 12 has enjoyed doing this season.

The Wildcats are playing very well coming into this game.  They have gone 4-1 SU & 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games overall.  Their lone loss during this stretch came last week in a 10-20 home loss to Baylor.

Well, Baylor is not only one of the best teams in the Big 12, but one of the best teams in the entire country at 9-2 this season.  This is a big step down in competition for the Wildcats.

Kansas State is 39-15-2 ATS in its last 56 games following an ATS loss.  The Wildcats are 5-0 ATS in their last five games vs. a team with a losing record.  Kansas State is 11-1 ATS in its last 12 games as a road underdog of 3 points or less.  Texas is 0-6 ATS in its last six games overall.  The Wildcats are 10-3-1 ATS in the last 14 meetings.  Bet Kansas State Friday.

Nov 26 ’21, 12:00 PM NCAA-F | Boise State vs San Diego State

Your Free Pick Friday in College Football is on BOISE STATE. I am not going to overthink this one too much. We have Boise at 7-4, laying to 10-1 San Diego State, who, with a win, lock up the West Division of the MWC.

I am all for dogs. Only 3 outcomes for today’s game, and if we take the Aztecs, 2 of them are in our favor. Cover and Win Outright. But this line screams take the road team. And I will. Take BOISE STATE.

Nov 26 ’21, 1:30 PM NCAA-F | Iowa vs Nebraska

Play on: Iowa +1 -109 at pinnacle

Is this some sort of shell game with the oddsmaker making Nebraska a favorite against Iowa?

Maybe I’m a sucker then but I’ll put my 11-4 Big Ten Conference record on the line by taking the underdog Hawkeyes.

The 16th-ranked Hawkeyes are 9-2 and alive for the Big Ten Conference West Division title.

Nebraska is 3-8 and has lost its last five games. This will be the fourth consecutive season the Cornhuskers don’t make a bowl game. That hasn’t happened in 40 years. Bob Devaney has to be turning over in his grave. Perhaps even more depressing is Scott Frost will return as the Cornhuskers coach next season.

Iowa surrenders the ninth-fewest points in the country at 16.9. They rank 13th in defensive total yards yielding 314.7 per game. The Hawkeyes also holds a huge edge in special teams against Nebraska.

The Cornhuskers’ advantage is supposed to be on offense. However, QB Adrian Martinez, the school’s career total yardage leader, has been ruled out due to a shoulder injury suffered against Wisconsin last week.

Replacing Martinez is freshman Logan Smothers, who has thrown 11 passes. Smothers faces an elite defense here. He’s not likely to have a good starting field position either.

Iowa made a quarterback change a couple of weeks ago going from Spencer Petras to Alex Padilla. Neither is going to generate any Heisman talk, but Padilla probably is the better QB. The Cornhuskers have another key injury, linebacker JoJo Domann. He’s probably their best defensive player.

Minus Domann, who has a hand injury, the Cornhuskers gave up a season-high 35 points to a Wisconsin team that was averaging 24.5 points per game entering the matchup discounting a 52-point performance against Rutgers.

So I see no reason why Iowa shouldn’t beat Nebraska for the seventh straight time.

Nov 26 ’21, 3:30 PM NCAA-F | UNLV vs Air Force

Play on: UNLV +18 -110 at Caesars

Dave’s Friday Free Play:

1* on UNLV +18

The Key: UNLV has gone 2-1 SU & 3-0 ATS in its last 3 games overall.  They beat New Mexico by 14 and Hawaii by 14 outright as underdogs.  And they only lost by 8 to San Diego State as double-digit dogs.  The Rebels are playing well and can hang with Air Force, too.

The Falcons are coming off a huge OT win over Nevada last week and that makes this a letdown spot.  You can throw on this Air Force defense, which gave up 351 passing yards to Nevada last week.  UNLV threw for 372 yards on a very good San Diego State defense last week and outgained the Aztecs by 104 yards.

The Rebels are 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 road games.  The Rebels are 4-1 ATS in the last 5 matchups.  Take UNLV.

Nov 26 ’21, 3:30 PM NCAA-F | Missouri vs Arkansas

Play on: Missouri +14½ -110 at Mirage

Take #131 Missouri Tigers over Arkansas Razorbacks (3:30 p.m., Friday, November 26 CBS) This is just too many points for a game that neither team has that much to play for. Both teams are bowl eligible and I realize Arkansas plays in the better division but I do not see them winning this game by over two touchdowns.

Missouri enters have won two straight games and will be able to score in the twenties in this game. The Tigers are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games being played on Friday. Arkansas is 4-9 ATS (2 pushes) in their last 15 home games when they are a favorite.

Do not miss out on Doc’s Sports weekend card featuring our Big 10 Game of the Year. This is the game that won 19 years in a row during the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s and it is a must-have for any big game hunter.

Nov 26 ’21, 7:00 PM NCAA-F | North Carolina vs NC State

Play on: NC State -6 -110 at Mirage

FREE PICK: NC State Wolfpack -6
ROT#: 130

I will take my chances with NC State winning by at least a touchdown at home against rival North Carolina. I just don’t think the Tar Heels are any good and if this team hadn’t had just big preseason hype, they would be looked at in a completely different way.

You could argue that the Tar Heels could be 4-7 instead of 6-5 given their two 3-point wins over Miami and Wake Forest. As good as Sam Howell might be, I don’t see UNC keeping this game close.

I just down think Howell and that offense can be as good offensively as they are going to need to be against this NC State defense. The Wolfpack have one of the best defenses in the country, especially on their home field. UNC’s defense stinks.

They are giving up 33.8 ppg, 429.8 ypg, and 6.1 yards/play in ACC games. Wolfpack is giving up 21.1 ppg, 324.6 ypg, and 4.8 yards/play. It’s going to feel like the Tar Heels have to score every time they touch the ball.

There are also different stakes involved here. UNC is playing for pride. NC State is still alive to win the Coastal and play in the ACC title game.

Given Clemson’s reign over the Coastal, getting to that game is huge for a team like the Wolfpack. It’s not out of the question. They need to win and have Wake Forest lose at BC (Demon Deacons only -5).

The best part is that this game is Friday and Wake plays on Saturday, which I think only adds more fuel to the fire. They can make Wake sleep on all that pressure of knowing they have to win their game. Give me the Wolfpack -6!

Memphis the Defending N.I.T Tournament champs are 5-0 for the first time since 2010. They took down a solid VA. Tech team on Wednesday with a late run to get the win. Memphis averages 82 per game and has played the tougher schedule.

They have a big edge on the boards ranked 22nd in rebounding compared to 207th for Iowa St. The Cyclones are off an upset win as a 9 point dog over Xavier but are still just ranked 141st in scoring and 88th on defense.

Hardaway has the more talented team and they have even shot well from the free-throw line. Look for Memphis to win the championship game. On Black Friday we have 3 big College Football plays up 2 are TV Games one is a Platinum Supreme move.

Nov 25 ’21, 7:30 PM NCAA-B | Arizona State vs Syracuse

Play on: Syracuse -1½ -110 at Mirage

Dave’s Thursday Free Play:

1* on Syracuse -1.5

The Key: The Arizona State Sun Devils are rebuilding this season.  They lost a ton of players in the transfer portal and are off to a 2-3 start this season including an upset loss to UC-Riverside.

Syracuse is 2-2 as well but I trust this team that made a deep run in the NCAA Tournament last year.  The Sun Devils are 15-34-2 ATS in their last 51 games overall.  Take Syracuse.

Nov 25 ’21, 7:30 PM NCAA-F | Ole Miss vs Mississippi State

Play on: Mississippi State -120 at SC Consensus

Your FREE PICK  here on Thanksgiving will be on MISSISSIPPI STATE. Taking the home team here to get it done. So we have a pair of great OCs going head to head today and both have teams led by pretty good QBs.

Safe to say this is a pretty big rivalry game. The Egg Bowl! Well, we don’t want any egg on our face so we are grabbing the Bulldogs. A little better on the defensive side of things. And honestly.

This game is going to be a dog fight. We know all the lovers for Kiffen and his QB Matt Coral. So he is banged up. It is November. Everyone is banged up. But I think this defense puts us over the top.

Don’t sell MSU QB Will Rogers short. The guy has 34 TD passes. Plus a pair of RBs to help carry the load. Take MISSISSIPPI STATE this afternoon and be a WINNER.

With Northern Illinois off a dramatic OT win over Buffalo last week they are already locked into the MAC Championship Game. With this one meaning nothing to the Huskies, I look for the Broncos to take advantage and be the much more aggressive team in this match-up.

Look for the road team to win handily which means this modest point spread should not be an issue at all. Free Pick WESTERN MICHIGAN -3.5

Nov 22 ’21, 8:10 PM NBA | Magic vs Bucks

Play on: Magic +12½ -106 at pinnacle

I like the spot for the Orlando Magic tonight.  They will be out for revenge from a 108-117 loss at Milwaukee as identical 12.5-point dogs on Saturday.  Now they get to face the Bucks in Milwaukee again just two days later here Monday.

The Bucks have been overvalued all season after winning the championship last year, and they continue to be tonight.  The Bucks are 9-8 SU & 6-11 ATS this season.  In those 17 games, they have won just twice by more than 12 points.

The Magic are 3-0 ATS in their last three games overall and playing their best basketball of the season.  They upset the Knicks as 11.5-point dogs, only lost by 2 to the Nets as 9.5-point dogs, and then covered in that 9-point loss to the Bucks as 12.5-point dogs.  I think they take the Bucks to the wire again tonight.

Milwaukee is 9-30 ATS in its last 39 games following three or more consecutive home wins.  Orlando is 4-1 ATS in its last five games as road underdogs.  The Bucks are 0-7 ATS in their last seven home games.  Bet the Magic Monday.

Nov 22 ’21, 8:08 PM NHL | Golden Knights vs Blues

Play on: Blues -148 at pinnacle

The NHL Comp play is on St. Louis at 8:10 eastern. The Blues dominated Las Vegas in a road win back in October and have won 5 of 7 as a home favorite and 5 of 6 on Mondays. They apply to a nice system here cashing over 80% for home favorites off a loss vs a team off a 5+ game homestand.

Vegas had won 5 of 6 at home and now take to the road and this is a tough venue. In the series, the favorite has won 11 of 14. Look for the Blues to get the win. The NFL Monday night Play of the Month is up with 2 different Monday night Database Systems that are both perfect dating to 1990.

Nov 21 ’21, 4:25 PM NFL | Cardinals vs Seahawks

Play on: Seahawks +2 -110 at Caesars

1* on Seattle Seahawks +2

The Key: Russell Wilson should be much sharper in his 2nd game back from injury than he was on the road against the Green Bay Packers last week.  The Cardinals are the ones with injury problems right now.

DeAndre Hopkins remains out, and Kyler Murray is questionable.  Even if he returns he won’t be 100% and will be rusty.  Arizona has 20 players on the injury report who are either out or questionable.  The Seahawks are about as healthy as they have been all year.  Seattle is 36-15-4 ATS in its last 55 games off a loss.

The Seahawks are 14-6 ATS in their last 20 games as underdogs.  The underdog is 9-2-1 ATS in the last 12 matchups.  Take Seattle.

Nov 21 ’21, 4:05 PM NFL | Bengals vs Raiders

Play on: Bengals -1 -108 at pinnacle

This is a great spot for the Cincinnati Bengals.  They are coming off their bye week and highly motivated for a victory after losing their last two games to the Jets and Browns coming in.  Look for them to get back in the win column here against the reeling Las Vegas Raiders.

After losing 16-23 on the road to the Giants following their bye week, the Raiders were blasted 14-41 at home by the Kansas City Chiefs last week.  They gave up 422 passing yards to the Patrick Mahomes and company with their Cover 3 defense.  Look for Joe Burrow to have a field day with this Las Vegas defense as well.

This Las Vegas offense is broken without Henry Ruggs.  After managing just 16 points in their first game without him against the Giants, they put up just 14 points on a soft Kansas City defense.

They cannot run the ball, and Josh Jacobs is questionable.  So it’s easy to stop the Raiders when teams know they just need to double-team TE Darren Waller.  The Bengals will definitely take a page out of the Giants and Chiefs books defensively.

Las Vegas is 1-9 ATS in its last 10 home games following a blowout loss by 21 points or more.  Cincinnati is 5-1 ATS in its last six games following a double-digit home loss.  The Raiders are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games after allowing more than 30 points in their previous game.  Cincinnati is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings.  Bet the Bengals Sunday.

Nov 20 ’21, 3:30 PM NCAA-F | Virginia vs Pittsburgh

Play on: Virginia +14½ -106 at linepros

1* NCAAF – Virginia/Pittsburgh FREE PICK on Virginia +14.5

Saturday’s Free NCAAF Pick is on the Virginia Cavaliers as a 14.5-point road dog against the Pittsburgh Panthers. I just think we are seeing a massive overreaction with the line here after Virginia’s 28-3 loss at home to Notre Dame last week.

The Cavaliers didn’t have star quarterback Brennan Armstrong for that game and it felt like to me they were just being cautious with him because of how much this game meant to Virginia. The winner of this game moves into the driver’s seat for a spot in the ACC title game as the rep from the Coastal.

I’m going with the assumption that Armstrong is playing and if he doesn’t, I’ll just look for an in-game spot to buy off. Bet the Cavaliers +14.5!

Nov 20 ’21, 3:30 PM NCAA-F | UAB vs UTSA

Play on: UAB +4½ -110 at William Hill

The last play I cut for Saturday was with UAB plus the points versus UTSA. UAB (7-3) has won four of their last five games with their 21-14 upset win at Marshall as a 4.5-point underdog last Saturday. The Blazers have covered the point spread in 4 straight road games against teams with a winning record at home.

UAB is now 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 games against conference opponents. UTSA (10-0) remained unbeaten this season with their 27-13 win against Southern Miss as a 32.5-point favorite last week.

The Roadrunners held the Golden Eagles to just 189 total yards — but they have failed to cover the point spread in 9 of their last 12 games after not allowing more than 275 yards in their last game.

UTSA hosts this game where they have failed to cover the point spread in 4 of their last 6 home games with the Total set in the 52.5 to 56 point range. Take UAB plus the points.

Nov 20 ’21, 3:30 PM NCAA-F | East Carolina vs Navy

Play on: Navy +4 -107 at linepros

FREE PICK: Navy Midshipmen +4
ROT#: 384

I think we are getting a great price here to back Navy as a 4-point home dog against the Pirates on Saturday. While you can’t ignore the numbers that teams have produced up to this point, I believe you really got to look at motivation a lot more this time of year.

That’s really where I think the value comes from in this matchup. This is an awful spot for East Carolina. The Pirates come into this game off a wild 30-29 OT win on the road against Memphis. A game where the Tigers kicked a last-second field goal to force OT and then ECU won on a failed 2-pt conversion by Memphis in that first overtime.

What really makes this is a letdown spot for ECU in my eyes, is that win for the Pirates got them to 6-4 and bowl eligible, which is a big deal for a program of their stature.

It really makes this game against Navy meaningless and that’s a problem when you factor in who they have on deck. Assuming Cincinnati doesn’t lose at home to SMU this Saturday, ECU will get the last crack in the regular season to give the Bearcats their first loss of the season and it’s going to be on their home field.

I just have a hard time seeing ECU being the least bit excited about facing the triple-option of Navy and while the Midshipmen are just 2-4 in the AAC and 2-7 overall, they have covered 5 of their last 7, three straight at home and are off a bye. Give me Navy +4!

Nov 20 ’21, 4:00 PM NCAA-F | Syracuse vs NC State

Play on: Syracuse +11½ -108 at pinnacle

The Comp play today is on Syracuse plus the 11-12 points at 4:00 eastern. This game fits a game 11 specific System that pertains to dogs of more than 5 like Syracuse of they are taking on a team that has won 6 or more and lost more than 2 that are off a loss.

These dogs have covered over 90% long-term. NC. St has failed to cover 4 of 5 when laying more than 10 at home, they have failed to cover 9 of 12 in November games and 6 of 8 after scoring 40 or more. Syracuse has covered 6 straight off a loss, 7 of 8 in the conference, and 5 of 6 as a dog. In the series, the dog has covered 6 of 8.

Look for the Orange to cover. On Saturday we have our 20221 7* College Football Game of the Year headlining a big 4 game football card. There is a huge 6* Top Rated NBA Play with a 12-0 System and College hoops.

Jump on now as there are plays going from noon to midnight. For the Comp play, we will go with Syracuse +11 to 12 points.

Nov 20 ’21, 4:00 PM NCAA-F | UL-Lafayette vs Liberty

Play on: Liberty -4½ -103 at pinnacle

This is a play on the LIBERTY FLAMES for our Saturday Free Play. Louisiana has won nine straight games including its last seven within the Sun Belt Conference to lock up the West Division and now it plays a meaningless non-conference game against Liberty the week before playing rival UL Monroe to close out the regular season.

Four of the seven conference wins have been by a single possession so it really has not been an easy path and this includes three road games decided by an average of 3.7 ppg and the fourth the Cajuns were outgained by Troy despite winning by 14 points as they took advantage of two Trojans fumbles.

Louisiana comes in ranked No. 55 in total offense and No. 47 in total defense and it will have a difficult time running the ball here which is its strength. The Cajuns are 0-4 ATS in their last four games following an ATS win. Liberty is coming off its bye week after playing nine straight games without a break.

The Flames lost at Mississippi prior to that but they gave the Rebels all they could handle as they were outgained by just nine total yards but were killed by three interceptions. The other two losses came against UL Monroe and Syracuse, both by three points and both taking place on the road.

The home schedule has not been daunting but they did what they needed to do and that is blow out every team and by an average of 35.5 ppg. This will be their biggest test at home and they will gladly accept the challenge to extend their 15-game home winning streak. The Flames are 8-0 ATS in their last eight home games.

Here, we play on teams averaging between 4.3 and 4.8 ypc after gaining 275 or more rushing yards last game going up against teams allowing between 3.5 and 4.3 ypc. This situation is 64-30 ATS (68.1 percent) over the last 10 seasons. Play (354) Liberty Flames

But Chip Kelly needs a whole lot more to make things right for the UCLA fanbase. A bowl bid is nice. Beating USC is just what the alumni order. Take UCLA as your FREE PICK SELECTION Saturday afternoon.

Nov 20 ’21, 4:00 PM NCAA-F | Florida vs Missouri

Play on: OVER 69 -108

1 Unit FREE PLAY on Florida/Missouri OVER 69

Two teams built for shootouts square off Saturday when Florida visits Missouri.  The Gators are coming off a 70-52 win over Samford and don’t look too interested here down the stretch, especially defensively.

They gave up 40 points to a bad South Carolina offense, 34 to Georgia, and 49 to LSU in their three games prior to Samford.  Missouri has been awful defensively all season.  The Tigers allow 35.9 points per game overall and 38.5 points per game in SEC play.  But they have a solid offense that puts up 31.5 points per game.

Florida averages 33.5 points per game, and I expect both teams to top their season averages in this contest.  The OVER is 18-7-1 in Gators’ last 26 road games.  The OVER is 7-2 in Missouri’s last nine games overall.  Give me the OVER.

Off four straight losses, we should see some desperation from the home team. All those losses came on the road. In fact, all 13 of the Isles games have come on the road.

This will be their home opener and the first game in their new modern arena. Needless to say, they’re going to be excited and happy to be at “home.”

Speaking of road trips, this is the Flames’ sixth straight road game and they play again at Boston tomorrow night. They may be getting a little road weary themselves. Consider New York.

Play on: Ottawa +13½ -115 at BetVegas

Free Pick – OTTAWA +13.5 – Yes Montreal needs to win this game to keep home-field hopes alive in the playoff race. The Alouettes already clinched a playoff berth but they would love a home game if they could get it.

However, this is a classic case of an inflated line in a spot like this and I feel the Als are favored by far too many against a motivated Redblacks team. Of course, Ottawa would love to get the upset win over a rival foe here and they have been playing much better football late in the season and that includes on defense.

As a result, look for the visitors to keep this one much closer than many are expecting. The Redblacks are off a bye week and that was preceded by a 3-point loss. Look for another close game here. Free Pick OTTAWA +13.5

Colorado is 3-7 ATS last 10 games after allowing 50 points or less in their previous game.  My Rocketman line for this game is Southern Illinois to win outright by 2 points.  We’ll recommend a small play on Southern Illinois tonight!  Thanks and good luck, Rocky

Nov 18 ’21, 10:08 PM NHL | Red Wings vs Golden Knights

Play on: Golden Knights -165 at Mirage

The Red Wings are reeling right now and fall into one of our favorite fade spots in the entire NHL as they’ve gone a miserable 4-30 in their last 34 road games after giving up four goals or more in their previous game, outscored by an average margin of 2.3 goals in that situation going back over the last 2+ seasons.

Meanwhile, Vegas checks in 19-3 the last 22 times it has sought revenge for a road loss by two or more goals, as is the case here after a 5-2 loss in Detroit earlier this month, outscoring opponents by 1.3 goals on average in that spot.

While the Knights are dealing with a number of absences right now, the Red Wings aren’t full healthy either with Dylan Larkin forced to leave their last game due to Covid protocols.

At least Vegas does have one of its top scoring threats back in the lineup in Mark Stone. Look for him to contribute to a much-needed victory on Thursday night. Take Vegas.

Nov 18 ’21, 7:30 PM NCAA-F | Louisville vs Duke

Play on: Louisville -19½ -110 at Mirage

The last play I cut for Thursday was with Louisville minus the points versus Duke. Louisville (5-5) snapped their two-game losing streak with their 41-3 win against Syracuse last week.

The Cardinals have covered the point spread in 7 of their last 10 games as a favorite. They have also covered the point spread in 5 of their last 6 road games against teams with a losing record at home.

Duke (3-7) have dropped six games in a row with their 48-17 loss at Virginia Tech last week. The Blue Devils won’t be playing in a bowl game for the third straight season as the seat gets hotter under head coach David Cutcliffe.

Duke has not covered the point spread in 4 straight games after a loss by 20 or more points. The Blue Devils have also failed to cover the point spread in 16 of their last 21 games in conference play. Lay the points with Louisville.

Nov 18 ’21, 7:30 PM NCAA-F | Louisville vs Duke

Play on: OVER 60 -114

Thursday night NFL Totals System headlines along with NCAAB Late night Power System and the NHL Game of the Month. CFB Comp Play below The Thursday comp Play is on the Over 60 in the Louisville at Duke game at 7:3o eastern.

Expect a higher scoring game here as Louisville has a powerful offense and are ranked 24th in rushing. They are 9 of 10 over after allowing 175 or less pass yards,5 of 6 off a 20+ point win and 7 of 10 in November, Duke has gone over 6 straight November games and 10 of 13 off a spread loss as well as 4of the last 5 here at home.

The Blue Devils have a terrible defense and are ranked 108th in rush defense. They have moved the ball much better at home then they have on the road and will be able to throw it here on a Cardinal defense that is ranked 100th against the pass. Look for this game to play over the total.

Memo to the oddsmaker. Don’t sleep on George Mason. Early marketplace activity has been on the Patriots in their road matchup against Maryland. I can understand why.

Each team is 3-0, but the Patriots have looked very good while Maryland hasn’t.

George Mason defeated Stoney Brook, Penn, and Morgan State by an average margin of 26.7 points. Never have the Patriots opened with three 20 plus point victories. Josh Oduro, the Patriots’ 6-foot-9 forward, was named Atlantic 10 Player of the Week for averaging 19.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 2.0 blocked shots.

Maryland is 1 1/2 points away from being 0-3 against the spread. The Terrapins have lackluster victories against Quinnipiac, George Washington, and Vermont. Maryland has made just 15-of-64 (23 percent) of its 3-point shots.

George Mason, by contrast, made 15 shots from beyond the arc just against Morgan State.

The Patriots are averaging 83.7 points a game. That’s nearly 10 points more per game than Maryland.

This is a major test for George Mason and its first-year head coach Kim English. The Patriots certainly won’t lack motivation.

Maryland hasn’t been a good home favorite covering only five of the past 16 times it has hosted.

Nov 17 ’21, 8:10 PM NBA | Rockets vs Thunder

Play on: Thunder -3½ -110 at Mirage

Houston is in a world of hurt. The Rockets are 1-13 overall and 0-8 on the road. You would think that facing OKC would be the perfect spot to get a win but the Thunder have been good their last seven games. OKC had won four straight against their own kind, teams like the Rockets.

The Thunder have lost two straight but those were to Brooklyn and Miami… two of the best three teams in the East. SGA is a superstar and the Thunder are surrounding him with some good pieces that play hard. Thunder by 10.

Nov 16 ’21, 7:00 PM in 17h NCAA-B | Yale vs Siena

Play on: Yale -4½ -110 at linepros

#613 ASA FREE PLAY ON Yale -4.5 over Siena, Tuesday at 7 PM ET – Yale is picked by most to win the Ivy League this year and they are coming off an embarrassing 36 point loss @ Seton Hall so we expect a bounce back.

Prior to that game they put up 91 points on UMass in a 20 point win. They are a veteran team with all upperclassmen in the starting line up. Those players have been at Yale throughout their careers so continuity will be on their side here.

That’s because Siena is still attempting to incorporate 6 transfers into their line up and it hasn’t gone well thus far. They have lost 2 games in blowout fashion including a 20 point loss at home vs Delaware over the weekend, a team we have rated very close to Yale.

Siena lost their top 2 players from last year, one transferred to Penn State and the other is playing in the NBA G League. Their absences have been obvious in the first 2 games.

They aren’t getting it done on either end of the court shooting just 37% from the field while allowing 52% after their first 2 games. This transition will take some time for Siena and it won’t happen tonight facing a veteran team with a chip on their shoulder.

Tuesday NHL Free play. My selection is on Minnesota over San Jose at 8:05 pm et on Tuesday.

The Wild return home off a successful three-game road trip to open a brief two-game homestand against the reeling Sharks on Tuesday night. I like their chances of extending their home dominance.

Note that the Wild check in 19-7 in their last 26 games following consecutive road contests, outscoring the opposition by 1.1 goals on average in that spot.

On the flip side, the Sharks are a miserable 12-34 in their last 46 contests following consecutive road tilts over the last two-plus seasons, outscored by a wide margin of 1.4 goals on average in that situation. San Jose opened its current trip with a 4-1 win in Calgary but has since dropped back-to-back games by a combined 10-3 score.

Even the win in Calgary was somewhat fortunate as San Jose was outshot by a 38-26 margin in that game. Note that the Sharks have averaged a woeful 1.7 goals and been outscored by 1.3 goals on average the last six times they’ve played on the road after giving up four goals or more in consecutive games.

We’re being asked to lay a fairly steep price to back the Wild in this spot, but it’s warranted in my opinion, especially when you consider you would have to go back four meetings in this series to find the last time the Sharks won a game over Minnesota. Take Minnesota.
